
Dr. Anna Todd is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, with advanced sub-specialty training in breast surgery. Raised in Whitehorse, Yukon, she completed her undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology at Princeton University before returning to Canada to earn a joint MD–PhD at the University of Calgary. Her doctoral research focused on cardiac MRI and the effects of metabolic disease on the heart.
Dr. Todd completed her residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Calgary, followed by fellowship training in breast surgery at Sunnybrook Hospital in Toronto, with a specialized focus on breast reconstruction and microsurgery.
In addition to her cosmetic practice at Park Plastic Surgery, Dr. Todd works at Rockyview General Hospital, where her primary clinical focus is breast cancer reconstruction. She is also Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Calgary. Her broader clinical practice includes breast and abdominal procedures such as breast reduction, lift, augmentation, breast cancer reconstruction, and abdominoplasty, as well as general plastic surgery and gender-affirming surgery. She is known for her compassionate approach, warm bedside manner, and strong commitment to patient-centered care.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Todd enjoys travel, skiing, and painting, and values spending time with her children and family.

Dr. Graham is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with advanced expertise in hand and microsurgery. Raised in Saskatchewan, he completed an honours degree in Neuroscience at the University of Alberta, followed by graduate studies in Experimental Medicine supported by a Canadian Liver Foundation grant. He earned his medical degree and completed his residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Calgary.
Dr. Graham pursued fellowship training in Hand and Microsurgery at the Christine M. Kleinert Institute and University of Louisville Hospitals in Kentucky, where he later practiced as a plastic surgeon before returning to Alberta. He has contributed to several extraordinary surgical milestones, including participation in a double hand transplant on the world’s oldest recipient and one of the only documented twin-to-twin breast reconstruction transplants using autologous tissue.
Today, in addition to his cosmetic practice, Dr. Graham works primarily at Rockyview General Hospital, where his clinical focus includes breast reconstruction, hand surgery, and complex trauma care.
Dr. Graham is certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and is board-eligible with the American Board of Plastic Surgeons. Outside of medicine, he maintains an active lifestyle and values time with family and friends. A Royal Conservatory–trained classical guitarist, he has performed with his siblings and is an avid traveler, having explored over fifty countries across six continents. His interests also include skiing, golf, and scuba diving.

Dr. Rebecca Hartley is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Canada and a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Calgary. Born in Richmond, British Columbia, she earned her medical degree at the University of British Columbia and completed her Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at the University of Calgary.
During residency, Dr. Hartley was accepted into the Clinician Investigator Program and completed a Master’s degree in Epidemiology, reflecting her strong commitment to evidence-based care. She went on to pursue fellowship training in Pediatric Plastic Surgery at BC Children’s Hospital in Vancouver.
Dr. Hartley provides comprehensive plastic and reconstructive surgical care across a wide range of conditions, including trauma, hand and nerve injuries, breast reconstruction, and burn care. In addition to her cosmetic practice at Park Plastic Surgery and adult reconstructive work at Rockyview General Hospital, she cares for children with plastic surgery needs at the Alberta Children’s Hospital.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Hartley is a proud mother and partner. She enjoys spending time with her family, staying active through sports, and reading.
